Half Training: Week 1 of 16 Complete

I have started training for my next half marathon. I chose to use Runner’s World Smart Coach again and cross referenced with McMillian. I figured I would stick with the program that worked for me last half marathon. Especially since I have recovered from some injuries this fall and need to build my mileage up again.

Week one looked like this:
M: Rest (Rob was sick)
T: Rest (Rob was sick)
W: 5 Miles Tempo Run
R: Rest
F: 6 Miles Long Run
Sa: Bike 30 mins, abs and pushups
Su: 2 Miles Easy Run, Bowflex Chest

Total Running Miles: 13 Miles
