M: Rest (did some push ups and abs)
T: Bike 17 mins for a warm up, 5 Miles Speedwork Run
W: 3.1 Mile Race (3rd in AG!)
R: Bike 30 mins, push ups
F: Bike 35 mins
Sa: 6 Miles Long Run
Su: Bike 35 mins, Bowflex chest
Total Running Miles: 14.1
