Half Training: Week 16 of 16 Complete!

This week was my taper, which meant more rest and light running. I only ran one 5 Mile Tempo run on Wednesday. I had 2 Miles Easy scheduled, but with my massage and pedicure it would have been a squeeze so I just took the rest instead. My tempo run went really well. I feel ready to get out there and go.

Here is what my taper week looked like:
M: Free Weights Chest, Push Ups, Abs
T: Rest (Massage)
w: 5 Miles Tempo Run
R: Rest (Pedicure)
F: Rest (Expo)

Total: 5 Miles (not counting the race tomorrow)
