It was around 50 degrees, overcast and a light breeze. This race is an out and back 4 miles with hills during the first and last mile.
This recovery week from my half marathon last Saturday has been going so well. I had no specific race plan or anything today, just get out there and enjoy.
I got a new PR!! Plus 3rd in my Age Group!
This was Rob’s first 4 Mile race so he got an automatic PR and came in at 32:33! He got 5th in his Age Group!
It was a well put on race and we hung out for the awards.

Mile 3: 8:22
Mile 4: 8:25
F 30-34: 3/14
Rob and I got 6 miles tomorrow and then I’m back to building up my mileage for training. I’m going to get my weekly mileage into the 30s before I begin my full marathon training plan.
