I spent all of Tuesday alternating ice and heat on my knee. The only workout I did was upper body. The rest seems to have done the trick. I woke up Wednesday with no pain!! 😀 I still took it easy last night and did some light cross training. Today I woke up still feeling good so I’m going to try running tonight. I’ll keep it on the treadmill and ease back into running outdoors this weekend.
I’m so happy that it has improved and didn’t stay the same or get worse. I’ll just keep an eye on things.
