Chicago Marathon Training: Week 1.2 Day 4.2

Today I did 5 Miles Tempo on the treadmill:

5 Miles Tempo (Treadmill, 1% incline, 8:21 pace with 3 @ 8:00)

Tomorrow is a Rest/XT day and I think I’ll end up taking the day of rest so I’m fresh for Saturday’s 15K race.
