Today was a cross training day so I did a level up on the exercise bike and some stength training.
Bike Hills 11.5 Miles (17.25 mph, P3, L5), Abs and Legs
Rob hung some more shelves and hooks in the workout room for me so I can get all of our awards and medals displayed. Now I just need to get it all organized.
