Today we were busy with various appointments and errands. We were able to get in a quick flight after dinner to a small airport not far away.
Today’s workout was 5 Miles Easy:
5 Miles Easy (Treadmill, 1% incline, 8:49 pace)
Tomorrow is going to be a lot of fun, if the weather is good in the morning we are flying to see my parents and run a 5K race. This race has us going up stairs in part of it…so weird! This will make for an interesting race report if we get to go.
