This morning Rob and I and some other pilots flew over to a fly-in breakfast.
We were interviewed at the fly-in, here is the footage:
We waited until late afternoon to get our long run in. I had 10 miles and Rob had 9 to do. We did a new route that incorporated another subdivision.
Here is how the week turned out:

T: 6 Miles Easy (Treadmill, 1-1.5% incline, 8:42 pace)
W: Advanced Pilates 22:00 mins
F: 5 Miles Easy (Treadmill, 1% incline, 8:49 pace)
Sa: 5K Race (hills, stairs, 8:08 pace)
Su: 10 Miles Easy (‘Wood ‘Hood, 18 mph winds, 9:14 pace)
