Chicago Marathon Training: Week 2 Day 5

Today was a cross training day so I did a level 5 hill workout on the exercise bike followed with some roman chair sit ups and cross overs. Then I did my Element: Ballet Conditioning DVD.

Bike Hills 11.4 Miles (15.2 pace, P5, L5)
Abs
Element: Ballet Conditioning (50 mins)

Tomorrow we have a 5 mile race and then Sunday I have my long run of 12 miles.

  1. I would love to read a review of the Ballet DVD. I am interested in purchasing it. I took dance for 16 years and miss it, especially ballet.

  2. I bought it off of Amazon for $7.99. There are a bunch of reviews out there and for the price I figured it was worth the gamble. The glute and ab section are challenging for me so I think it was a good purchase for what I needed.CJ

  3. I love that you do ballet! i tried when i was little.. gymnastics was my thing over ballet.. wish i would have stuck with it!
