Chicago Marathon Training: Week 14 Day 5

I was able to get my workout done in the morning. 30 minutes on the bike, 2 miles easy run and then strength training on the BOSU. It was so nice to get out for a run in the cool air. It was misty because it was about to rain, but it was perfect for running.
