Today was a cross training day so I did 30 minutes on the bike and then did various leg and ab exercises on the Bowflex, Mat and BOSU.

Are you following a specific recovery plan? I am just kind of winging it, but wondering if maybe I should be following a certain schedule.

I'm following Pfitz 5 week marathon recovery plan for his 55 program. I think Hal Higdon has one also. Not sure if it's neccessary or not, but wanted to make a transition into my next training plan.CJ
