Today begins our training for the Mercedes Marathon! The plan is 12 weeks and with 13 weeks until the race, we are repeating week 1. Today was XT so I did 30 minutes interval program on the exercise bike and then BOSU work (squats, lunges, bridges, pushups, crunches, hyperextensions, planks).
I can't believe you are already training for another marathon. You are my hero! lol

yay marathon #2!! it seems crazy your already starting training for #2 but then when i think about myself finishing up training for #2, i'm much more insane! 🙂
