Mercedes Marathon Training: Week 1.1 Day 1.1

Today begins our training for the Mercedes Marathon! The plan is 12 weeks and with 13 weeks until the race, we are repeating week 1. Today was XT so I did 30 minutes interval program on the exercise bike and then BOSU work (squats, lunges, bridges, pushups, crunches, hyperextensions, planks).

  1. yay marathon #2!! it seems crazy your already starting training for #2 but then when i think about myself finishing up training for #2, i'm much more insane! 🙂
