Mercedes Marathon Training: Week 4 Day 4

Today I did 10 Miles Lactate Threshold W/ 5 Miles @ 15K – HMGP on the treadmill. This week has left me feeling so tired.

  1. WOW that is a hard workout, and on the treadmill.Make sure you are eating enough, for this increased mileage (and pretty hard runs). I'm also sure the craziness of the holidays can add to being tired.
