Mercedes Marathon Training: Week 4 Complete

Today we spent most of the day with family so it was a late night run on the treadmill. We each did 11 Miles and that brings us to our highest mileage week so far, 48 Miles.


Here is how the week ended up.
M: Rest
T: 5 Miles Recovery (Treadmill, 1% Incline, 39:57, 8:00 pace), Upper body weights and Abs
W: Rest
R: 10 Miles LT W/ 5 Miles @ 15K-HMGP (Treadmill, 1% Incline, 1:16:48, 7:41 pace)
F: 5 Miles Recovery (‘Hood, 39:09, 7:50 pace),
Sa: 17 Miles Long (Treadmill, 1% Incline, 2:16:03, 8:01 pace)
Su: 11 Miles Med-Long (Treadmill, 1% Incline, 1:27:03, 7:55 pace)

Total: 48 Miles
