Running sick sucks.
But my lungs are okay so I got my miles in on the treadmill. Today was 9 Miles LT W/ 4 Miles @ 15K – HMGP. At least my head is no longer stuffy and now just my throat is sore. I barely have a voice. I’ll probably keep tomorrow’s run inside as well. I definitely don’t need to breathe in any cold air while running right now.

I hate running when i'm sick! Its awful! Take it easy and let your body rest so you can fight it off quick!!! 🙂
