Mercedes Marathon Training: Week 10 Day 5

Today was 4 Miles Recovery W/6 X 100 M Strides and some ab work. It’s been a pretty relaxing day, can’t complain!

  1. I ran 6 x 200s today and loved it!! it was the first time I actually did my speed work on a track and I had so much fun. I’m enjoying a very peaceful, relaxing wknd, too. Relax away over there!
