I had to miss 2.5 runs this month, two of those being just this weekend. 😦
I still had my highest mileage month so far. It would have been neat to have my over 200 mile month, but some other time.
Run: 196.8 Miles
Bike: 29.2 Miles
Strength Training: 22 Times (I’ve been doing a little bit here and there)
Other: 3 Times (Pilates, TriggerPoint)
Congrats on a new monthly mileage PR, and so sorry on missing the 200 mark. I know how such a small little thing can become an obsession. I was feeling the same way when I was trying to hit 100 miles. I had 2-3 months of 95+ miles and I just kept missing that stupid 100 mark. I was giddy as a school girl when I hit it, and you too will deserve a celebration drink when you do too.
P.S. Even more silly was me crying yesterday when I saw 125 miles for Jan. Dec I had 109 and that was great, but 125 just brought me to tears. So silly!
