Today was Rest/XT day so I did 45 Mins on the Exercise Bike followed by some abs and upper body work.
I’m 90 pages into ‘Racing Weight’. I’ll post a review when I’m done, but I’m sure there are tons of reviews already out there. If you are on the fence about it I would venture that it’s worth a read. I’m a slow reader (due to making the time to read and I just happen to read slow) so it will be awhile until I post something. You could easily buy the book now and post a review faster than I would. I can say that I’ve already gotten $19 worth of enjoyment from the book (yes, I paid full price for the book with no coupon because I wanted the book right when I saw it :D). Plus it inspired me enough to tack an extra 15 mins on my bike workout tonight. A drop in the bucket, but every little bit counts.
I completed my lists for packing and getting everything in order for marathon weekend. Up next is getting a playlist together for race day. I think I’m going to bring just a few songs and turn the music on and off during the race as I did during Chicago.
