I know this is late, but great job on the marathon! I can’t believe you’re doing another one so soon- wonder woman over there 🙂 Anyway, I was curious, are all of your recovery runs so fast, even outdoors? I can’t imagine doing recovery runs faster than marathon pace (but then again, you are on a crazy improvement curve)… do you calibrate your treadmill at all?

Thank you! My recovery runs vary indoors and outside. I just go by feel of that day. We invested in a nice treadmill and it feels like similar effort to outdoors. It hasn’t had service yet, but we think we will have it looked at this year to keep up on maintenance.

I admire your back to back marathon training! I needed a good month off of running after Chicago last year!
Also-how adorable that you and rob ran a marathon together on Vday!
