My mileage is less this month due to taper for the marathon and then the recovery and now ramp up into our next plan. I can’t wait for the mileage to pick back up. I also need to get better at filling the down time with other cross training activities.

Run 126.2 Miles
Bike: 29.6 Miles
Strength Train: 8 Times
Cross training! What’s that? JK, but I agree I am really bad and trying to get on the wagon with at least my pushups, abs and butt moves.
