Yesterday was 5 Miles Recovery on the treadmill, my legs were feeling good and the time went by quickly.
Tonight we decided to meet up with some of the guys Rob works with at a bar. After awhile I notice a DJ setting up, which was strange given that this is type of bar was 1. not busy, 2. not a DJ type of crowd. Turns out it was karaoke. Well it would be wrong to let an opportunity slip by to bust out a couple awful vocal renditions. 🙂 Surprisingly this karaoke company had a wide range of music selection. Our friend Jeff and I did a pitiful version of Black Crowes “She Talks To Angels” and then I did a pathetic, yet enthusiastic version of “Don’t Stop Believin'” by Journey. Luckily Rob doesn’t mind me making me a fool of myself. And it was pretty funny. 😀
Eventually we got home to take our turns running on the treadmill. I’m exhausted from such a long day and fortunately it was 5 Miles Recovery. I was slower, but at least I got it in.

The last time I sang karaoke I think i ended up on top of a bar shouting “She’s a brick house….she’s mighty, mighty just letting it all hang out”! I hope those are the words because that’s what I was shouting to the crowd, lol.
So my question was where was the video? Doesn’t Rob know there is a video camera on the Iphone?

LOL!!! Oh a girl after my own heart! Sounds like the right words to me, and if not I would love your version better anyways! Luckily for me he doesn’t know how because he attempted to and didn’t get it. 😉 I’m sure another opportunity will come up and I’ll post if anything hilarious goes down.
