IL Marathon Training: Week 3 Day 2

Yesterday was a XT day so I did 30 Mins on the Bike and then Abs and Upper Body Strengthening. Tonight was 6 Miles Recovery on the treadmill and some Push Ups.

  1. I try to do push ups almost daily. I love that I can actually do a REAL push up! lol

    Just curious, what does your upper body strength training routine look like? I’d like to change mine up!

  2. Every time you put pushups on your workout list I feel guilty about not sticking to my routine, LOL.

    Pushups tonight on tap, along with a leg workout. 🙂
