  2. I try to do push ups almost daily. I love that I can actually do a REAL push up! lol

    Just curious, what does your upper body strength training routine look like? I’d like to change mine up!


  3. Every time you put pushups on your workout list I feel guilty about not sticking to my routine, LOL.

    Pushups tonight on tap, along with a leg workout. 🙂
