IL Marathon Training: Week 4 Day 2

Yesterday my hip was still sore so I did Upper Body Strengthening only. Tonight I did another soak in Epsom Salt and then went for a true 4 Miles Recovery on the treadmill nice and easy. It was only slightly tight and then loosened up. It felt better afterward and still feels better now, hopefully that will continue tomorrow.
