IL Marathon Training: Week 4 Day 4 Complete

Yesterday was St. Patty’s Day so we headed out to a local pub with our friends to watch a co-worker play in his band. Then I came home and ran 5 Miles Recovery on the treadmill. Today after work we went to another pub with other friends for a quick drink and bite to eat and then I did 8 Miles Recovery on the treadmill. I decided that since my hip is feeling better, but not 100% to take the speed work out of my runs and make them recovery runs until I’m good as new.
