I RAN I RAN I RAN!!!!
No land speed records were set, but I RAN!!! Woo hoo!!
2.5 Miles Easy (Treadmill, 1% Incline, 23:09, 9:16 Pace)
My whole body was ready to bolt, but the scab is limiting how much of a stride I can take. I had a bit of soreness in the knee a half mile in, but I just kept an eye on it and it didn’t get worse. I stopped after 2.5 Miles so I don’t do too much at once.
Afterward I did:
33 Minutes Jump Rope
Everything still feels good! My soul feels good!
