It’s the end of the month, so time to post some stats. The running miles are very low this month thanks to marathon recovery and injury recovery.
Run: 105.5 Miles
Bike: 44 Miles
Strength Train: 11 Times
Other (Jump Rope): 5 Times
Walk: 7.6 Miles
Hopefully the mileage will pick up again this summer!
That’s still great mileage considering how much time u took off cuz of your accident!! I for sure haven’t been running hardly at all!! I did however look at pfitz today and drew up a plan!! Boston here I come!! 🙂

Hey Jess! Sorry it took me awhile to write back. Thanks for the compliment! I know what it’s like to be at the beginning stages, but it can all get faster real quick so never worry about your pacing with others. Just keep doing your thang! 🙂
