I hate tapering too!! This april will be my first time running the Boston Marathon!! I loved reading over your plan in the previous post!! I would LOVE to read more about what your plans are…I might have to copy you:)

Yay!! Have you used Pfitz? If not, you may want to check out both of their books so you can review their plans. There is good information in the book about their methods of training that I won’t be able to type up in my posts.
