Today was more house work. Our backdoor was never installed properly and over time water damage ruined the door and subfloor under it. Luckily I’m married to a very handy husband that took on the task of replacing it and the floor. We ordered the door and went to pick it up this morning only to find out it would not fit into our SUV. The hardware store no longer had rental trucks so we were stuck. Right then another guy leaving the store sees the situation and says he will throw it in his truck and drive it to our house, how nice is that?! I quickly ran inside and got him a $25 gift card for doing this amazing favor for a random stranger.
I got in my first run of 5 Miles Easy in the ‘hood before the work began.
The door and flooring demolition and installation took all day. Drew was kind enough to lend a helping hand and he was a huge help. Later tonight I did my 8 Miles Easy on the treadmill.
