So here is what I’ve been up to:
Friday (12/17): 5 Miles Recovery (Treadmill, 2% Incline, 41:38, 8:20 Pace)
Saturday (12/18): 8 Miles Tempo (Treadmill, 2% Incline, 57:53, 7:15 Pace)
Sunday (12/19): 17 Miles Long (Treadmill, 1% Incnline, 2:19:11, 8:12 Pace)
Monday (12/20): 6 Miles Recovery (Treadmill, 2% Incline, 50:00, 8:20 Pace)
For Sunday’s long run I tried out some new fuel.
And all I have to say is YUM!!! I took this at Mile 10 and it tastes like the insides of an apple pie. I have another flavor to try, but I think this one may be my new favorite. It’s too soon to tell if my tummy will tolerate CarbBoom!, so I will keep trying it out in long runs.
