Watermelon Candy

Workouts:

Monday (1/17): 2 Miles Easy (Warm Up for Weights, Gym Treadmill, 1% Incline, 16:46, 8:23 Pace), Weight Lifting, 5 Miles Easy (Treadmill, 1% Incline, 42:52, 8:35 Pace)

Tuesday (1/18): 10 Miles General Aerobic (Treadmill, 1% Incline, 1:19:48, 7:53 Pace)

Now this is my favorite version of watermelon candy! My new adidas adios came today!

The new color scheme makes me think of watermelon candy. 🙂

This shoe model has so far been my favorite of all time. This will be my fourth pair, but my first of this year’s version. There is a noticeable difference in the forefoot treading. It has a design that reminds me of the treading of a bulldozer track. I like how the new grip feels. New gear always makes a regular mid-day run feel more special. 🙂
