Wednesday (1/19): 13.1 Miles Med-Long (Treadmill, 1% Incline, 1:39:49, 7:38 Pace)

Thursday (1/20): Rest

Friday (1/21): 45 Mins Yoga, 1 Mile Warm Up (Gym Treadmill, 1-4% Incline, 8:35, 8:35 Pace), Weight Lifting, 10 Miles General Aerobic (Treadmill, 1% Incline, 1:16:16, 7:38 Pace)

Saturday (1/22): 6 Miles Hills (Treadmill, 6% Incline, 52:49, 8:49 Pace), P90X Ab Ripper

Of these latest workouts, I really enjoyed my 6 Miles @ 6% Incline workout today. Next week will be 12 weeks until Boston and hills will be my new best friend in the next phase of training.

Tonight was the Often Running Racing Team dinner to celebrate the 2010 season. It was nice to catch up with the team and hear about how everyone’s training is going for the new year. We got a few grainy pictures from my phone, the low light in the restaurant doesn’t make for good pictures.
