Tuesday (2/1):
9 Miles General Aerobic (Treadmill, 1% Incline w/4% Incline for last mile, 1:08:23, 7:36 Pace)
Bike 8.2 Miles Easy (P1, L5, 30:00, 16.4 mph)
Today didn’t start out so good. I accidentally dropped one of our cameras and thought I broke it. I had to have Rob look at it and I made sure to give him my pouty face.
Turns out that only the filter broke, which is a very cheap item to replace!
Then the day got better because work closed early and we also got registered for the Chicago Marathon!
We are pretty much snowed in now so I hope to get a lot of reading done on my new running books. Perhaps I should also look into making time to comb my hair and paint my nails. 😉
