Run: 270.4 Miles

Bike: 8.3 Miles

Strength Training: 5 Times

I definitely need to make time for strength training. It seems to be the first thing that I stop doing if I get busy, which isn’t good.

    1. Hey that could work! I need the motivation to make it a priority so I can be consistent. Do you have any tips? Do you have specific areas scheduled on certain days or squeeze in what you can depending on your week?

    1. That is true, good point Steph! And I’ve done way more hill training than I’ve ever done before. There will always be something to improve, that’s the joy of training, there is always another thing to add or do differently. Thanks for putting perspective on it for me! 🙂
