This week was insanely busy, much more so than the usual because Rob was traveling for work. He went to Seattle and got to experience some of the amazing food and fun of the city including the birthplace of Starbucks, my Mecca. Seafood, coffee, running, I only wish I could have tagged along!

Meanwhile I tried to hold the fort down at home, train, work, and volunteer. I helped out at the running store Tuesday night for a Women’s Tri Night event, which was fun to see so many familiar faces. Wednesday I got out of work late and had to miss our RTW group run. I was completely bummed about that so I’m definitely looking forward to this weeks run with them so I can catch up on their progress.

When Rob returned I met him in Chicago and we did some car shopping and we got another vehicle. I love it!!! Plus Rob got me some beans and mugs from Starbucks!

Here are some of the highlights from his trip and a picture of our car.

    1. I am addicted to Starbucks mugs too! I’m going to have to clear more space in my cabinets for my growing collection. I’m SO pumped for Boston. Not just the race, but the whole weekend. We will be going to a Red Sox game, plus all of the amazing food….I can’t wait! 😀
